Diploma of Jadeite Jade (JJD)
Jadeite Jade is a very special stone which come with full range of colours, transparency & texture. As a mineralogist, Prof. C.M. Ou Yang has began researching on Jadeite Jade since early 80's and achieved international renown with her discovery and disclosure of "Ureyite" in the jade market of Hong Kong. Since then, Prof. Ou Yang conducted numerous studies on Jadeite Jade: including researching on Jadeite Jade's varieties, repeated visit to the Jadeite Jade auction and Jadeite Mine in Myanmar, etc.
Prof. Ou Yang has taught her first course in Jadeite Jade since 1983 and has continually teaching Jadeite Jade Course on the pass 20 years. To conclude her admirable studies in Jadeite Jade into systematic & world class knowledge. Prof. Ou Yang found Diploma of Jadeite Jade (JJD) in 1994. The Diploma of Jadeite Jade including 5 intensive course covers different area of Jadeite Jade. A Diploma of Jadeite Jade will be given to student who finish the courses and pass the final examination.
